Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy explains what data JobPrices collects when you visit the site or ask for quotes, and what happens to it.

Who we are

JobPrices is run by Limely Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08730008), 2nd Floor, Suite B, 10 St. John Street, Chester, CH1 1DA. Limely Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: gavin@limely.co.uk.

Visiting the site: analytics, no cookies

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves (at analytics.limely.co.uk), to see which pages and calculators are useful. Umami doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personally identifiable information and anonymises what it records: pages viewed, the site you came from, your browser, operating system and device type, and your country. It doesn't track you across other websites.

The site doesn't set cookies or store anything on your device, so there's no cookie banner. Like any website, our hosting provider handles technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

When you ask for quotes

If you use a quote form, we collect what you enter: your first name, surname, email address, phone number and postcode, your answers about the job (including your budget, timing and type of property), and any note you add.

Who we share it with:

Why: to get you quotes for the work you asked about.

Lawful basis: your consent. You tick a box agreeing to this before anything is shared, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (see below). We keep a record of your consent: the wording you saw and when you agreed.

We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for up to 24 months, so we can deal with follow-up questions and disputes, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Anonymous analytics statistics are kept for as long as they're useful.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

Email gavin@limely.co.uk for any of these. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children

This site is for UK homeowners and isn't aimed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
